Siobhan Owen in 2010

This year has started off busy for Siobhan already!

Siobhan and her parents flew over to Tasmania where Siobhan was performing at 2 Folk Festivals over 2 weekends. They had to rush back on the last Sunday for Siobhan to sing the Australian National Anthem for the "Tour Down Under" opening race. She will again be singing the National Anthem, along with a short performance with voice and harp, on 25 January (Australia Day eve) at the Australia Day Awards at Government House.

The biggest buzz she… Continue

Album review: All Angels - Fly Away

If All Angels new mission is to apply their unique style to a diverse number of songs, some of which you wouldn't probably of heard of (I Loves You Porgy/I Dream Of Jennie) then they have succeeded. But the moniker 'Manufactured' is an unfair term. What if you put your favourite classical artists together in a band? Mine would p… Continue

Camilla Kerslake - Camilla Kerslake

There is one way that I can prove how much Camilla's voice excites me: The Waitrose ad. Even with the album in my possession and the particular song available on tap I still get excited when the ad pops up. It could be the thought of people seeing the ad and hearing her voice for the first time, because we sort of get used to established artists who have amazed us before and the moment something fresh and exciting appears we lap it up. The vocal that grabs your attention right from the start, so… Continue
